Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy / Terms and conditions;
* If the guest cancel in the 30 days before arrival - : 0% of deposit is
refundable.
* If the guest cancel less than 14 days before arrival - : full invoice payable.
* 100% deposit will be taken for a 1 night stay.
* No date change (in the 2 weeks before arrival) will be allowed during October - April.
* Refund will be done within 30 days from cancellation.
* For a stay of 21 nights or longer, the booking will be considered non-
refundable.
* During peak season (16 Dec to 10 Jan), full payment is due 2 weeks before arrival and is not refundable.
* Late arrivals or early departures will not be refunded. This include on account
of bad weather or any condition that is not foreseen.
* The deposit payment will be considered a confirmation of the accuracy of the above booking details and an acceptance of the terms and conditions.
* We do not cater for the Plett Student Rage from November to December.
